At Siddhi Hatha Yoga, we offer Isha Classical Hatha Yoga designed by Sadhguru. Isha Hatha Yoga programs are an unparalleled opportunity to learn practices derived from a yogic tradition maintained in its full purity and vibrancy for thousands of years. The classes will be conducted by highly trained teachers and will offer Classical Hatha Yoga in its full depth and dimension. The yogic practices require no special physical agility or previous experience of yoga. The practices offered by us are a holistic process of naturally achieving a certain mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss.
To nurture one’s complete wellness Clean Plate Initiative by Siddhi Hatha Yoga, are workshops designed by us where we will take you through a journey to experience a wholesome yogic diet and lifestyle. These workshops will delve into various aspects of food that leaves you feeling nourished, cleansed and full of energy.

I've been exposed to" fish market yoga" for many years and never used to think much of it: gymnastic stretches, continuous back-ground instructions and group sessions with music...then I discovered the Isha Yoga practices. With the isha hatha yoga practices, before they even started the practices, they immersed me into the sanctity of yoga. The classes made me experience it, so I just soaked it in, no need for continuous verbal instructions! I have learnt how to practise with silence and awareness, how to set up my practice space and how to prepare my body for the session. I have learnt hatha yoga from Sahana as an inward process of precise geometry and beauty and I've been enabled to practice it on my own whenever and wherever I wish, as a sequence of steps designed with expertise and love by Sadhguru. The highly professional approach of the isha pedagogy and teachers ensure that each participant receives a first-hand version of teaching, with an effective balance of detailed instructions and practice that still leaves plenty of room for personal discovery and growth.
I am so happy to learn Surya Kriya and Angamardhana practice from Sahana. It helped me a lot with flexibility. As I am going through menopause difficulties, this is proving to be a wonderful routine to get me back on track. Thank you for being my inspiration and a supportive Hatha Yoga teacher. As someone with an autoimmune skin condition and irritable bowel syndrome, going through the 21 days of the program reinforced the idea in me that healing is a marathon and not a sprint, and more importantly, healing must start from the very basic ingredient of my everyday activity - food! Towards the end of the program, my skin, which would otherwise be flaky and dry owing to lack of proper hydration and misguided food choices, had never been better since my diagnosis!
My trepidations about whether the meal plans would be satiating through the day were all in vain and I found myself feeling alive and energetic following this diet. I was very excited everyday to try various millet recipes, salads, and fruit bowls.
I continue to follow the meal plan suggestions with customizations! It seems very doable so far and I haven't felt like I am compromising on something. I also don't feel like I'm bored with the food choices I have. I feel equipped but I would always love to avail any future opportunities wherein there are guided clean eating initiatives!
The 21 Day Clean Plate Initiative was a wonderful experience. Initially when I joined this program, I thought it would be just something for weight loss and as usual after a few days I will have no interest in it. But from day 1 itself, when I had the alkaline juice, fresh fruits and vegetables, I felt so light and energetic. Although, due to my caffeine addiction the first three days I had a persistent headache but I didn’t give up. After that until now not even a single day have I craved caffeine or sugar. This diet keeps you so light and lively throughout the day that even by the end of the day, I don’t feel any lethargy. My hair fall has reduced remarkably. I have no gas or bloating. My skin glows. Not only physically but mentally also I stay more calm. I’m able to wake up early in the morning without any issue and do my sadhana effortlessly. I’m determined to follow this diet. During these 21 days I was not home for 3 days but I still managed to follow it. I don’t think it's difficult to follow this diet.
